Terms of Contest (Please Read!!)

· The winner will win a trip for themselves and one other person on either Amtrak or VIA Rail Canada. The trip must cost $200 per person or less. The winner may not recieve the $400 maximum prize in cash. The ticket will be purchased by myself on the behalf of the winner, and will be mailed to the winner. If the price of the ticket is less than $200 per person, the winner can not recieve the remaineder in cash, or use the remainder on a different trip. The winner can only use this prize on one trip, one way, for themselves, and one other person. They may not combine two or more trips with a combined cost less than $200 per person.
· The winner must provide a mailing address as well as details about their trip within 14 days of the draw. If they do not respond, a runner-up will be contacted and the first winner will forfeit their prize to the runner-up. A mailing address, as well as information about specifics of the trip (day, time, location, destination) must be disclosed within that 14 day period. If the winner chooses not to disclose this information, the runner-up will be contacted. I will not disclose any of this information to any third-party.
· The winner must be subscribed to my YouTube channel (chrisvazquez7) before I reach 1000 subscribers and be active on YouTube in at least the previous month of the draw date.
· A person can only enter the contest once. If the winner selected has entered more than once, or it appears that any fraudunlant action had been taken to enter the contest, the runner up will be selected.
· The winner MUST live in either Canada or Contiguous United States (Hawaii and Alaska are not included).
· I reserve the right to end this contest before the draw without notice.
· I reserve the right to change the Terms of Contest at any time without notice.
